Cancellation
It normally takes 1-2 business days for us to dispatch your order.
Order cancellation is possible only for orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. If you submit an order cancellation request before the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

That said, we believe a good mattress takes time to reveal its true comfort. Your body needs a little while to adjust to new sleeping surfaces, so trying out a mattress for just a few days may not give you the full picture. For that reason, we recommend giving your Coolvie mattress at least four weeks before making a decision. Sleep on it, let your body adapt, and only then decide what feels right for you.
We understand that it may be disappointing to hear that we don't have a physical store available at the moment. However, please don't let that worry you — we've made shopping for a mattress completely stress-free. With just one click, a package weighing over 18 kilograms will be delivered right to your door.

You'll have plenty of time to truly experience the Coolvie mattress in your own home, on your own terms. Your 101-night trial begins the day your Coolvie mattress arrives at your doorstep. From that moment on, you have more than three months to sleep on it, completely risk-free, and decide whether it's truly right for you.
However, we recommend giving your mattress a little time to settle. Like many high-quality foam mattresses, your Coolvie needs a short period to fully expand and regain its intended shape and support after being compressed for shipping. That's why we suggest waiting 48 hours after unboxing before you begin your proper sleep journey. During this time, the mattress will gradually adjust, ensuring that when you finally lie down on it, you experience the comfort and support it was designed to deliver.
No, it doesn't. We want you to have the best sleep possible and that should not include sleeping on noisy plastic. The Coolvie mattress is vacuum sealed in plastic and roll packed for delivery to your home.
Upon receiving your new Coolvie mattress, carefully remove the plastic wrap using our handy cutting tool included in your Welcome-package.
A guideline for how to properly unwrap your Coolvie is provided in your package as well. Within a few minutes, your mattress will magically self-inflate and will be ready for you to sleep on.

Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects: sagging, dips, waves, bumps, and decompression issues. Return Shipping Fees:
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Once we receive your return, the unit will be inspected and a copy of the inspection will be emailed to you as an acknowledgement of receipt. This notification will include the approval or denial of a refund. If approved, an automatic credit will be issued to your original payment method. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be available in your account.
