We provide FREE SHIPPING across the United States on all orders! With local warehouses located in multiple states, we ensure the fastest door-to-door delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

Processing normally takes 1–2 business days. We do our best to prepare your product as quickly as possible.

2. Standard Shipping Time

Mattresses typically take 2–5 business days to arrive, depending on the distance from our US warehouse to your destination.

Unexpected Delays: Due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, holiday rushes, etc.), delivery may be delayed. However, Coolvie will do its utmost to get your package to you promptly. Feel free to reach out if you require assistance.

3. Production

All mattresses are produced to order and dispatched from our US warehouse.

4. Shipping Method

We ship via UPS and USPS. After your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Note: All items are shipped only within the mainland US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

5. Track Your Order

Once your items have shipped, you will receive an automated email notification containing a tracking number. You can also track your order here.
